Macro Calculations Support of a Dietitian and Nutritionist

Our sports nutritionists and dietitians can provide support for macronutrient calculations and other related matters. Here’s how:

• Calculate personal energy goal calculations based on individual demands, exercise load and body composition and/or performance goals.
• Suggest macronutrient targets based on nutritional goals, individual demands, exercise load and body composition or performance goals.
• Become informed about acceptable macronutrient targets and how they are calculated.
• Provide meal and snack suggestions to fit above macronutrient goals and guide progress.
• Specific macro goals for training days vs. rest days (if needed).
• Continue to adjust and manipulate macronutrient targets as the client progresses.
• Interpret and contextualize data from food tracking applications and wearable devices to inform and refine nutrition targets
• Receive a personalized meal plan that is geared specifically towards your individualized athletic need(s) and goal(s).
• In addition to working with a dietitian and nutritionist for macros, you can address other athletic or non-athletic goals and concerns.
