Are you looking to book an appointment with a nutritionist or dietitian? Here’s how it works:
After looking at our services page, please visit the packages and pricing page, and decide which of the four, single session (with or without a meal plan), 4- or 7-session packages, appeals to you the most.
Next decide if you’d like to receive nutrition counselling in person at one of our 5 locations or via phone, Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or Google Meet.
You can now join many of our clients who resort to virtual counselling. Rest assured, they are just as effective.
If you prefer to have your sessions conducted in person, please take a look at our office locations and decide which is the most convenient.
Decide if you’d like to book an appointment with a registered nutritionist or registered dietitian.
