Our nutrition & exercise specialists deliver customized workplace & corporate nutrition workshops on a wide variety of topics to meet all your needs
Typically, a workshop is a program (1-2 hours long) with a specific learning objective. In other words, the participants take part to learn a new skill, familiarize themselves with one or more topics, perhaps enhance understanding and so on.
A nutrition workshop simply centres around nutrition- and physical activity-related topics.
During nutrition workshops participants take a more active learning role because workshops involve discussions and practical work, as well as lecture-like instruction.
During a workshop scenario, participants are listening, working, doing, thinking, pondering, processing, asking, sharing, mingling, creating, collaborating and more.
Nutrition workshops offer an educational component delivered in a group-setting, either on-site, or more commonly, virtually.
Using video-conferencing platforms to deliver virtual workshops meets the needs of employees who are currently working from home.
The difference between the two is that the former tends to be longer (1-2 hours) and more hands-on, whereas the lunch and learn tends to be shorter (30-60 minutes) and more concise, though still incorporating an interactive element.

One, choose the delivery method of the workshop.
We conduct on-site and virtual nutrition workshops, as well as hybrid presentations, where we present to the audience on-site while broadcasting the presentation to those working remotely. This facilitates participation from home.
Two, select the duration of the workshop. We offer 1-2 hour workshops.
Three, take a list of the topics we offer and decide which are interest to you (see below).
You can simply select one topic to be the focus of the entire workshop or a combination of a few topics. The choice is yours.
Four, determine if you’d like to book a one-time workshop or a series of them to address a variety of topics in greater depth.
Please note: We offer reduced pricing for multiple sessions.
Five, select a date and time for your workshop.
We request at least 1 week advanced notice for all bookings.
If you have any other special requests particular to your company, organization or institution, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Take a look at the list of the popular nutrition workshop topics and select one or more. If a topic you’re looking for is not on the list, please contact us to see if we can accommodate.
