History
Stephen has over 13-years’ experience providing nutrition services to wide range of athletes, from “weekend warriors” through to individuals who have competed at the Olympic Games and World Championship level. He has worked closely with strength and power (e.g. track and field), endurance (e.g. marathon running an triathlon) and team-based athletes (e.g. Soccer, Rugby 7’s) to help them achieve their performance, health and recovery goals. Stephen also has a passion for preventive health, and enjoys helping clients adopt dietary strategies to promote long term health and wellbeing.
Regardless of your athletic ability, Stephen will aim to provide you with individualized, evidence-informed nutrition advice to help you achieve your health and performance goals. He currently holds Registered Dietitian status with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
Stephen has extensive experience in applying his sports nutrition knowledge in the field, having competed in multiple marathons and ultramarathons, as well as three Ironman triathlons. Outside of work, you will find Stephen sampling espressos in the best cafes in Victoria, riding his gravel bike or exploring all the beautiful trails that Vancouver Island has to offer.
