History

Ontario dietitian, Judy, brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and passion to her practice as a dietitian. With over 10 years as an In-Store Dietitian at Loblaws, she has honed her skills in guiding clients through the maze of nutrition labels, making healthy food choices, and implementing realistic changes to meet  individual needs.

Judy is known for having a  client-centred, non-judgmental and  empathetic approach to counselling. She strongly supports the philosophy of “foods first”and “all foods fit”, and emphasizes  a non-diet approach to healthy eating.

She is passionate about empowering clients to set small, achievable goals that align with their unique lifestyles. To Judy, healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated—food should be enjoyable, and it’s possible to make peace with food and meet nutrition goals  through evidence-based guidance and supportive coaching.

Outside of work, Judy loves spending time outdoors, enjoying moments with family and friends, keeping up with her energetic son, and experimenting in the kitchen. As a global citizen holding three passports and experiences in three countries, she brings a diverse perspective to her practice.

Judy is looking forward to “meeting” you and helping you achieve your personal health, nutrition and eating goals!
