How Can A Personal Trainer, Strength, Conditioning & Fitness Coach Help?

Receive a personalized exercise program developed by a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) that is tailored to your specific goals and needs.

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) can help in the following ways:

  • Provide a structured and efficacious program that is designed to help you meet your goals and support your desired training outcomes.
  • Ensure appropriate exercise selection, intensity and workout volume.
  • Inform you about the key concepts of effective training to ensure you are getting the most out of your efforts.
  • Enhance your exercise-related knowledge and learn training skills that will persist a lifetime.
  • Provide age-appropriate programming to accommodate young, adult and master levels.

In addition, receive an exercise plan that is tailored towards one of the following goals:

  • Increase strength and power: best suited for powerlifters, strength-sport athletes and those who seek to enhance their muscular strength.
  • Build muscle (hypertrophy): best suited for those who want to build muscle mass or alter body composition.
  • Athlete development (sport-specific programs): best suited for those who desire to enhance athletic performance in the context of a specific sport (team sport or individual sport). Work on specific movements patterns and exercises that translate to increased athletic performance.
  • Beginner, intermediate and advanced exercise programs: programs are adjusted to meet the needs of all fitness and experience levels.
  • General fitness development: best suited for those with no ‘specific’ exercise goal, but would like to work towards becoming a healthier version of themselves.
  • Running programs: increase aerobic capacity and fitness. Programs are adjusted to goal (increasing speed or distance).

What’s more, additional support is provided during counselling and intake sessions:

  • Answer questions and concerns related to exercise as well as past experiences.
  • Provide tips, suggestions and professional advice from a qualified personal trainer, strength, conditioning and fitness coach.
  • Receive accountability and motivation.

All programs are 8-12 weeks long, and can be repeated at the end of training cycle.
