ONE-TIME COUNSEL

This 60-minute session includes:

  • Detailed analysis of your eating habits and personal goals.
  • A custom-made meal plan based on your lifestyle and food preferences.
  • A co-created shopping list which includes various food recommendations for your next grocery store trip.
  • Specific food suggestions and recommendations of recipes.
  • Weight loss tips.
  • Recommendation of vitamins and supplements, if applicable.
  • A follow-up email to check on your progress.
  • Session conducted in-person, by phone, Skype or Face Time.

HEALTHY BASICS

This 4-week package includes:

  • 60-minute initial session and 3 follow-up counseling sessions: 30 min. each.
  • Detailed analysis of your eating habits and personal goals.
  • A custom-made meal plan based on your lifestyle and food preferences.
  • A co-created shopping list which includes various food recommendations for your next grocery store trip.
  • Specific food suggestions and recommendations of recipes.
  • Weight loss tips.
  • Recommendation of vitamins and supplements, if applicable.
  • On-going support of a nutritionist.
  • Unlimited email support throughout the program.
  • Access to a network of reputable health practitioners.

Follow-up sessions include:

  • A series of routine questions asked by the nutritionist designed to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the problem areas, struggles and successes, from which we can devise a plan to meet your goals.  
  • Review of your food log, accompanied by suggestions, recommendations and the assigning of short-term goals.
  • Answering of questions and addressing various concerns.
  • Creating an action plan which outlines specific, individualized strategies whose aim is to help you reach your goals (e.g., Client has a party on the weekend. How does one still enjoy oneself without sabotaging a good week of eating well and losing weight.  Or, client is traveling for work and needs advice on what to snack on or eat while dining out at restaurants.)
  • Revamping a recipe.
  • Providing strategies designed to help overcome any plateau you may be experiencing during the program.
  • Weigh-ins (optional).

WEIGHT LOSS INTENSIVE (MOST POPULAR) 

This 10-week package includes:

  • 75-minute initial session, 2 follow-up counseling sessions: 45 min. each, 7 follow-up counseling sessions: 30 min. each.

  • A custom-made meal plan based on your lifestyle, food preferences and sensitivities, with a strong focus on weight loss.
  • A co-created shopping list which includes various food recommendations for your next grocery store trip.
  • Food suggestions and simple, nutritious recipes designed to help you lose weight.
  • Recommendation of vitamins and supplements, if applicable.
  • On-going support of a nutritionist.
  • Unlimited email support throughout the program.
  • Access to a network of reputable health practitioners.
  • Weekly weigh-ins to track progress.
  • 9 follow-up counseling sessions aimed at monitoring and analyzing progress. (same as Healthy Basics 4-week package)

This 12-week package includes:

  • Designed for those looking to achieve optimal health via nutrition, with interest in preventing various ailments and working towards achieving longevity.
  • Detailed analysis of your eating habits and personal goals.
  • Comprehensive food analysis: types of foods eaten, portions, proportions (protein to carbs to fats to water), time of food consumption, etc.
  • Examination of daily energy fluctuation and cravings.
  • Analysis of possible nutrient deficiency.
  • Evaluation of current vitamins and supplements.
  • Recommendation of high quality supplements and vitamins, if needed or desired.
  • A custom-made meal plan based on your lifestyle, food preferences and sensitivities, specifically designed to help you reach your goals.
  • Analysis of your home fridge and pantry contents (1 home visit).
  • Examination of children’s snacks and healthy recommendations, if applicable.
  • A co-created shopping list, which includes food and brand recommendations for your next grocery store-trip.
  • Grocery and/or health food store trip (1 visit included).
  • Help with how to read food labels, if needed.
  • Specific food suggestions and recommendations of recipes.
  • Weight loss tips, if desired.
  • Pre- and post-workout nutrition to help you replenish and refuel, if desired.
  • Suggestions on how to eat healthy while traveling (business or pleasure) and when eating out.
