Like most women over thirty, I have tried every fad diet that became popular, and if any of you are over 30 you will remember the Scarsdale Diet, the Grapefruit Diet, the Cabbage Soup Diet, for the younger crowd; Weight Watchers, the Atkins Diet and the Beverly Hills Diet. I have tried fasting and de-tox programs and for those desperate moments even starvation. As most of you know most diets are short term and never truly had long lasting results. You know what they say it has to be a lifestyle change. None taught me how to eat or when to eat so, as most of us know the weight just kept coming back usually with a vengeance. If I started off losing 10 pounds I would usually gain it back and and then some.
