When it comes to your health and well being we all have choices to make. I had allowed myself to get out of balance, knew I was eating the wrong foods and making poor choices. I was the classic definition of insanity - "Expecting better and better results and yet doing the same thing over and over again". My trainer, Tamara Conway suggested I connect with Julie Mancuso to develop an eating plan that would support my exercise regime. I did just that. This was one of the best choices I've made. Julie worked in concert with Tamara to understand my commitment and level of exercise. She developed a plan customized to me and as a result I'm never hungry, I feel focused, strong and in control. Julie was flexible in terms of meeting and followed up regularly. I can't say that I'm perfect and once in a while, I still make bad choices however, I'm now making informed decisions. With Julie's help I now focus on what to eat rather then what not to eat for a healthy body and mind.
