My experience and journey with Julie taught me to eat healthy and it was a life changing experience for me! Not only was I able to change my eating habits; but I learned how to associate my feelings and mood with food. I became aware that how I was feeling affected how and what I ate.
As a result of gaining this knowledge, I am always conscious of what I am eating and why I am eating it. I no longer have crazy cravings and binge eating episodes because I have learned to feed not just my body, but my mind as well. I have learned and experienced first hand that when you maintain a balanced and nutritious diet, by eating the proper foods and nutrients - you don't miss the overload of junk food or fast food.
The key to my success of losing 50 pounds in 5 months is to understand nutrition and to exercise. I look great, I feel great and I find I have an overwhelming amount of energy to spare!! Thank you Julie for always being there and providing the support, understanding and guidance that was needed throughout my transformation!
